Blurb:
**Standalone Novel**
Ethan Davenport is already Boston’s most eligible bachelor. In his second season with the Boston Renegades he has set his eyes on the girl behind the visitors’ dugout.
That girl is Daisy Robinson, a journalism student at the University of Boston and a die-hard Renegades fan.
But with new found love comes challenges and Ethan and Daisy have to deal with his crazy schedule, school finals and his presence on her campus for some much needed media training.
For Ethan nothing can come between him and Daisy, until a secret that she’s been keeping threatens to destroy them both.

Heidi does it once again hitting a grand slam with the first
in her new Boys of Summer series. I truly believe no matter what type of story
Heidi writes it will be amazing; sexy rockers, hot athletes, young cowboys or
men in uniform her writing has no boundaries.
Her books are never short of a great story with real
characters and real feelings. Third Base with pull you in with a mix of
baseball and love. It’s not short of love and loss, twists and turns and sexy
baseball players.
One of my favorite parts...
"I've been in
love with her for as long as I can remember. She means everything to me."
"What's her
name?"
"Baseball!"
I enjoyed this book and can’t wait for more of the Boys!
This
story was so good. I enjoyed getting to know Ethan and Daisy. Their
love story had ups and downs, but whose relationship doesn't go through
those at some point. It was great seeing how much Ethan cared about
Daisy's grandfather and her commitment to take care of him. I also
enjoyed the comradery between the players and the younger players
looking up to the older ones for advice. This one will stick with me for
a while.
