While I haven't read Claire and Jude's full-length story, I totally want to go back and read their love story and find out how they got to this point in their lives.  I could sense the love and adoration between them, and how desperately they wanted to have a family.  You can tell things haven't been easy on them in this regard, but now that it's finally within their reach.......Jude finds out he's getting traded, and it makes things even harder
. 
For a short story, Changing Lines truly packs in all the emotions you can imagine.  It definitely pulls on your heartstrings and gives you all the feels.

I can’t even begin to say how excited I was for this book. I was so giddy when I saw the surprise cover reveal and think my ovaries exploded with one look.

Clair and Jude deserve the world. Toni wrote an epic journey in the short amount of pages that didn’t lack heart or raw emotion. She weaved a brilliant realistic story with gut wrenching sadness and heartwarming love that a lot of people can relate to. You felt the emotion pouring off the pages.

I loved this story from beginning to end. If you’re a true Bellevue series fan you will love Claire and Jude’s journey and fall in love with them all over again.
