Wow. Another brilliantly emotional love journey by Ava. This is only my second book by the author but I can’t tell you how much I love her writing. It leaves me breathless each time. It’s smooth and heartfelt and just plain perfection. It was a mix between a modern day Peter Pan fairytale and an enemies to lovers romance. I love the slow build up between Nathaniel and Madeline. The chemistry was red hot and when they came together they were combustible. There was some angst with lots of emotion. At one point I was balling my eyes out and cheering for that HEA. That’s the kind of book that stays with you.
